Fireworks are available for purchase at various locations, but the state government has introduced a special initiative regarding their sale.

It has been mandated that no firecrackers can be sold without government permission. Those wishing to sell firecrackers during the puja season must obtain the necessary authorization, and fireworks can only be sold at designated locations within each block.

Specifically, fireworks will be available for sale in the Dhumerpahar area of Sagardighi in Murshidabad, provided sellers possess valid permissions. Any sale of fireworks in unauthorized locations will result in legal action against the seller.
